Adhering to its original aspiration of "Seeing a Bigger World", Toutiao is portrayed in the short film as two administrators, one in black and the other in white (symbolizing the black and white databases). With discerning insight, governance methods and unwavering determination, they finally expose the scammer's multiple fake personas, shatter the illusions constructed by false content and low-quality AI, and restore the real world to the light of day.
以“幻城”喻头条网络，以乱码喻违规内容，借用追捕故事和“幻城”的设计让核心表达可视化。故事借《楚门的世界》式的形式，构建虚拟城市，以 “黑白管理员” 追缉骗子为线。用数字建筑、文字街道、镜宫幻影，将虚假人设、低质 AI 等乱象可视化，凭角色反差显讽刺，闯关式情节带观众深度体会平台治理的使命决心，增强宣传效果，让头条治理的理念随故事传播。
Toutiao visualizes its commitment to information governance through a "chase in a fantasy city" narrative: taking the platform as a "Fantasy City" of the digital world and violating content as "garbled codes", it follows the "Truman Show"-style virtual setting, with the "black and white administrators" hunting down scammers as the main thread. By materializing chaos like fake personas and low-quality AI into digital architectures, text streets and mirror maze illusions, the story uses character contrasts to convey irony and level-based plots to deepen the audience’s understanding of the platform’s governance mission, spreading Toutiao’s commitment to safeguarding truth through an immersive narrative.
