Jackie Wang
Director & Animator
Jackie (Wang Jiaqi) is an independent animation director based in Beijing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and a Master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in the UK. In 2022, she founded her own director’s studio, Jackie Studio.
Jackie’s work uses a distinct female perspective as a prism to explore fleeting, subtle emotions through fluid lines and hazy color palettes. At the boundary between reality and fantasy, she weaves immersive and enchanting narratives that possess a profound, resonant power. She also excels in using music and sound design across diverse styles to shape the rhythm of her stories, leaving audiences with lingering, memorable impressions.
Her films Dragon Head Tree, 2.3x2.6x3.2, and Cui Wenzi Studies Immortality have received numerous nominations at international film festivals, including:

Dragon Head Tree was awarded the Young Director Award at Youku’s 1001 Nights. 2.3x2.6x3.2 won Best Animation at Portugal’s Monstra Animation Festival. Cui Wenzi Studies Immortality was invited by Vienna Shorts to screen at the Vienna City Hall Winter Festival in Austria.
In 2025, Jackie was named an artist for Jaeger-LeCoultre’s The Make of a Maker program, for which she designed and created the animated art installation Wonderland of Time. The installation is exhibited in Jaeger-LeCoultre boutiques nationwide and was featured at the Dreams in Time exhibition in Shanghai in September.

With a deep understanding of every aspect of animation production, he is committed to creating captivating stories and characters. Proficient at translating ideas into captivating visual experiences.
Chenyao Zhang is a highly experienced animator whose short films have been nominated for the Stuttgart International Animation Festival in Germany. She specializes in capturing the dynamics of characters, using lively strokes to depict their movements.

Sound Designer
Sarah is a triple-threat sound designer in animation, gaming, and film. Graduating from the Beijing Film Academy, she has seven years of experience in sound design. Her music is not only infectious but also highly creative, specializing in pairing dynamic and innovative sounds to add depth and richness to visual experiences.
