This was a New Year animation project for Ubras, consisting of one long-form video and three short clips, created in collaboration with three illustrators.
My role: Storyboarding, Directing, Animation, and Post-production compositing.
这个是为Ubras制作的新年动画，一共分为4条视频，分别是一条长视频，三条短视频。和三位插画师合作。
我在这个项目中负责分镜绘制，导演，制作动画和后期合成。

Collaboration
Working closely with the illustrators, I guided them on layer structuring based on the specific animation needs.
This proactive approach ensured the project ran efficiently.
To clarify the complex structure of each character, I provided annotated sketches or diagrams highlighting the essential layer breakdowns.
在与插画艺术家合作的过程中，我会先根据动画需求给插画师分图层的建议，保证项目的顺利进行。关于不同角色的关键分层我也会示意出来。
